What is Extended Day Kindergarten (EDK)?
EDK is a program that provides kindergarten students with additional instructional time in the areas of reading, writing, and math.
Kings Grant Elementary will offer two EDK classes with 15 students in each class– smaller in size than the school division's average kindergarten program.
Selected AM kindergarten students will attend the EDK classroom in the PM session and Selected PM kindergarten students will attend the EDK classroom in the AM session.
